Data concerned
The form prepares an email in your email application. It may include your name, company, contact details, selected solution, number of agents, call volume, message, the source page and, when present in the address, the campaign parameters utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign. The website does not directly retain these fields before the email is sent. Your FR/EN language preference is stored locally in your browser so the website can retain your choice.
Purposes, legal basis and retention
Data is processed to manage contact requests, organize a demonstration, provide commercial follow-up or deliver a service. Processing is based on your request, necessary pre-contractual measures or Vicitelecom’s legitimate interest in responding and following up. If no contract is signed, prospect data is retained for no more than three years from collection or the prospect’s last contact. If a contract is signed, data needed for service delivery and legal claims is retained for the applicable contractual and statutory periods.
Recipients and transfers
In this version, recipient categories are authorized Vicitelecom personnel, the hosting platform and the email services used by the visitor and Vicitelecom. No CRM, sales calendar or audience measurement tool is connected to the form yet. As RA USA LLC is established in the United States, information sent by email may be processed there. Before public launch, Vicitelecom must document for each provider the contracting entity, country, retention period and transfer mechanism actually used. Adding a CRM, calendar, analytics tool or other processor requires this policy to be updated first. You can request the available information through the contact address.
Voice and AI service data
Depending on the ordered configuration, a call may generate metadata, a recording, a transcript, a qualification or a summary. Before activation, the contract must define each party’s role, the people to be informed, purposes, retention periods, processors, security measures and any use intended to improve the service. Depending on the scenario, the agent may also retrieve relevant conversation history, update the CRM or customer database, send an email, schedule a callback or leave a voicemail message. These actions, permissions and retention periods must be defined before activation. No scenario should be activated without this framework.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, exercise your right to portability and object to certain processing by emailing contact@vicitelecom.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

This version of the Vicitelecom website does not place advertising or audience measurement cookies. The selected language is saved in browser local storage. Technical data strictly necessary for operation and security may be processed by the hosting platform.
